"We asked for a non smoking room and was placed in a room that they called non-smoking, but apparently had been smoked in by the previous occupants. Also, the housekeepers smoked while cleaning the room, thus leaving behind a heavy odor of smoke. The "cable television" only had 3 channels. The continental breakfast both mornings was dismal..there was no juice or coffee and a very small, limited selection of things to eat...2 cereals, english muffins, bagels. We were there bright and early in the morning, so there was no excuse not to have these things. The pillows were very tiny and flat and the air conditioner did not work. The bathtub was filthy with soap scum. This was by far the worst experience in a hotel that we have ever had and we will NEVER stay there again."
